Our Tot classes will be focused more on being independence, exploring the world around them through logically thinking and recognizing colours, shapes, sounds and textures. We will also help them in strengthening the ability to follow instructions, build good habits and reduce inappropriate behaviour, increasing their self-esteem and building their self-confidence, and their self-help skills; preparing them for preschool and kindergarten.
Our Tot classes run on a theme-based calendar, each theme will last for three – four weeks. Children will explore and achieve the specific developmental milestones through different age-appropriate activities.
Our class lasts for 1 hour 45 minutes and usually contains the following:
- Welcome with appropriate toys set up in the classroom
- Circle time; introducing the theme
- Structured activities; stories, arts & crafts, sensory play, fine motor
- Music and movement; instruments
- Physical activities; gross motor
- Early mathematic skills; counting
- Snack time; self-help
- Concluding and Good-bye
